Alan Armfield has been with Magnis for over five years and the average service for employees in this department is eleven years. This means that the staff turnover is exceptionally low and that knowledge stays within the department and Magnis as a whole. Corrie has the longest serving record with nineteen years, Johan, almost eight years and Andries, ten years with Magnis. The pickers in this department stay for sixteen plus years. In the diesel department, there are eleven people dedicated to customer service, and perfecting it every day. |

If it is a certain part you are looking for, they will find it. One way or another! The sourcing of various parts starts at the franchise in Rosslyn. If there is no stock available at the franchise, the various dealers will be contacted. If there is still no luck, the client will receive a second-hand (compensation) part, until the new part arrives.
