Furthermore, Hennie and his squad believe in an honest business and strive to be the biggest and best service provider of Nissan Diesel vehicles in South Africa . This department is on standby 24/7 and they will come to the rescue at the most awkward times. Hennie’s department does the most Nissan Diesel services in South Africa , by a single dealer. When a service is to be booked, Magnis’ service department should be contacted. We will establish whether it is a service or repair and then will confirm registration, kilometers, make and reason for the repair or service. A planning schedule will be drafted and a date for the service will be set. |

Under the watchful eye of Hennie, there are 30 dedicated staff members in the service department. Hennie worked for Nissan as a senior test engineer on Nissan Diesel vehicles and was also the Nissan Diesel Regional Manager for after sales at Nissan. This is just some of Hennie’s achievements, which means that every Nissan Diesel vehicle is in good hands. Another man sure to be mentioned is Louis van der Merwe, who’s had a hand in Magnis’ business for over ten years. Louis is also a qualified technician and service advisor and won the honorary technician of the year award in 2002 and 2003. Staff turnover in this department, as in all of Magnis’ departments, is very low, with technicians (excluding apprentices) carrying out their loyal duties for five or more years at Magnis. |
